Despite their Elite Eight exit, the 1992-93 Hoosiers men’s basketball team remains one of IU’s most beloved squads. Starting the season ranked No. 4 and earning a No. 1 ranking during the year, Indiana won the Big Ten conference handily. Though the buzz around the Big Ten often centered around Michigan’s Fab Five, the Hoosiers beat them twice, keeping Indiana on top of the conference the entire season.
